ACCOUNT INFORMATION

When you come to the account signup page, you will be presented with two forms to complete. The first is your account information and the second is your company information. Beginning with the account form, please complete all fields marked with a red asterisk. These are required fields.

  • Full Name: This field is for your first and last name.
  • User Name: This field is for your login user name required for all secure transaction, including order placing and job tracking. It can be any alphanumeric combination, but DO NOT use any sepcial symbols such as spaces.
  • Password: This field is for your login password. It must be different from your user name, be at least six ( 6 ) characters long and it must contain at least one ( 1 ) letter.
  • Confirm Password: This field must match the password you entered on the previous line. Though it seems redundant, this field is required, as it keeps you from accidentally having a typo in your login password.
  • Email Address: This field is for your primary email address. This will be used for any emails you receive from us regarding orders, credit card transactions, etc. See our Privacy Notice for more information.
  • Confirm Email: This field must match the email address you entered on the previous line. Though it seems redundant, this field is required, as it keeps you from accidentally having a typo in your email address.
  • How did you here about us?: This field is for your refferal information.
  • Describe your business: This field is for a brief description of your business, such as Print Broker or Graphic Designer.


COMPANY INFORMATION

This form is the Billing and Primary Shipping information for your company. Please complete all fields marked with a red asterisk. These are required fields.

  • Company Name: This field is for the name of your company or business.
  • Address: This field is for the Billing address of your company. P.O. Boxes are not valid as any delivery attempts to a P.O. Box will be returned.
  • Address: This field is for the Billing address of your company.
  • City: This field is for the Billing city of your company.
  • State: This field is for the Billing state of your company.
  • Address: This field is for the Billing address of your company.
  • Phone: This field is for the Billing phone number of your company.
  • Cell Phone: This field is for your contact cell number ( optional ).
  • Address: This field is for the Billing fax number of your company ( optional ).
  • UPS#: This field is for your company's UPS account number ( if you have one ).
  • Reseller Info: ( not shown ) If you are a printing reseller, click the link an complete that form, pressing Done when finished.
