PREPARING FILES FOR TRANSFER

We prefer that you provide PDFx/1-a files. However, if you must send InDesign native files we ask that you collect your InDesign layout and all supporting files using the Package feature from the file menu. Be sure all images are properly formatted according to their file type.

Please use a distinctive file name but avoid characters other than letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores. One suggestion is to use company initials, PO number and brief description. For example: "ABC 10562 - Fall program 08".

After Packaging the project use a compression program such as Stuffit or WinZip. This will reduce the file size for faster transfer and protected during transit. NOTE: When creating a compressed archive file, please give the archive the same distinctive name as the project.

TRANSFERRING FILES

After placing an order you will be given the opportunity to upload your file. Follow the instructions accordingly.
